PROJECT PREPARATION AND PLANNING
We provide consultancy services for preparing Project with appropriate Logical Framework Analysis for socio-economic development and conducting base-line survey where needed. Proper implementation of the plan requires appropriate monitoring and evaluation in due course, which are also supported by us.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Monitoring project implementation and evaluation of projects are the other important services provided by us. Those include Mid-term evaluation of any project for suggesting appropriate course correction and final Evaluation at the end of the project for assessing to what extent the Project has fulfilled the project objectives.
RESEARCH
We have a team of professionals for conducting research on various socio-economic issues with specialization in the field of public health, nutrition, water and sanitation, poverty alleviation and on local governance. Multi-disciplinary research including Action Research in the said fields are also taken up by us.
